Your 25% booking deposit is processed securely by card through Square. After the final walkthrough, pay the remaining balance with cash, debit or credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
Cancellation & weather policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a refundable deposit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments forfeit the deposit. If VELOX reschedules because of unsafe weather, your deposit transfers to the new appointment. Additional charges for excessive pet hair, heavy stains, odors, trash or unusually soiled vehicles are explained and approved before work begins.
